Caroline is an experienced speaker having delivered talks, lectures and training at various events and higher education institutions.

Most recently, she has delivered training on breathwork for HMP Edinburgh staff and menopause workshops for Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Fife College as well as an ongoing training day for teachers for Yoga Scotland on menopause. In 2023, she delivered talks in person in Edinburgh on menopause for Huddersfield & Calderwell NHS Foundation Trust, SAMH, Brodies and the Embodied Women’s Project facilitated by Edinburgh Community Yoga as well as online for Scottish Public Services Ombudsman, Anderson Strathern and Stripe Communications. She has also delivered presentations in London and online, on trauma awareness, for 360 Mind Body Soul team and the Menopause Yoga Teacher Training.

In her role as Vice Chair from 2019 to 2022 for Yoga Scotland, she often ‘hosted’ workshops and events.

Other speaking opportunities have included the Love Your Business networking event, an ongoing training session for Children In Scotland and leading a workshop on teaching children yoga in primary schools as part of the Moray House School of Education & Sport at Edinburgh University for Professional Learning Week.

She presented her approach to yoga teaching at Edinburgh University in December 2019, after working with Niamh Hart to research Introducing Yoga in Primary Schools for children with Additional Support for Learning.

She also hosts a podcast and delivers talks with her sister Dr Claire Phipps, an advanced menopause specialist as The Menopause Sisters.
